“Healing Over Time is a mature, self-reflective program that will assist in identifying areas in your life that need re-alignment. You will be supported while making small lifestyle changes such as being healthy on the road and on the go, improving personal relationships and communication, integrating healthier food into your diet, and making better food choices at work. My program will also provide you with menu planning, comfort with cooking and, lastly, having fun in the kitchen. The ability to commit to yourself will allow you to achieve your goals.

I have an M.Ed in Counseling Psychology, a M.A. in Social Clinical Psychology and I also attended the California Culinary Academy. I am a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I am certified by the Association of Drugless Practitioners to practice Holistic Health Counseling.
