“My nutritional coaching approach focuses on guiding my clients to a healthier lifestyle by utilizing whole foods, eating for balance and energy ,and healthy weight management. I assist my clients in looking at the "whole" person and all the reasons we struggle with taking the right steps towards better health. Our work together will be about longterm lifestyle changes rather than the quick fix diet mentality. We will design a plan unique to you , incorporating nutrition, exercise and stress management strategies. My program incorporates a whole food grocery tour and delicious healthy cooking classes.
I received my Masters Degree in Psychology and Counseling from the University of Santa Monica in 1994. I was also Certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC in 2004, in Health Counseling. I have been on faculty at the Food as Medicine Conference 2006-2008.
I have enjoy designing and delivering Corporate Wellness Programs for companies nationwide. I offer over 20 classes such as Eating for Energy and Vitality, Quick and Healthy Meals (w/food demo), Superfoods RX, Inflammation The Science You Need to Know, Stress Strategies, Eat More, Weigh Less, to name a few.”
