I am a registered dietitian recognized by the State of California. I provide private nutrition counseling, specializing in weight loss, eating disorders and peri/pre -menopause nutrition plans. An initial session with me includes your detailed health history, your personal goals and objectives to create a custom solution that meets your needs and lifestyle, diet and nutrition analysis, a meal and exercise plan that work with your lifestyle and much much more!
During a session with me we will focus on intuitive eating, meal planning, portion control and the 80/20 rule. The 80/20 rule allows you to be intentional about what you put into your body but still indulge at any social gathering without sacrificing your long term health.
I am an RD who has struggled with weight in the past and therefore, I can relate to my clients. What I enjoy most about what I do is seeing my clients achieve success in reaching their health and nutrition goals and the benefits they gain by working together.
