I work with many health issues in addition to helping people understand nutrition and general healthy habits. I have worked with people with type II diabetes, high cholesterol, weight loss, stress and anxiety, eating disorders, mood disorders, digestive problems, inflammation and allergies. I welcome new challenges.
A unique aspect of my practice is brain health - I am working with people with brain injuries and helping them learn healthy foods and cooking methods in addition to shopping for healthful foods and pursuing good habits such as exercise - and helping them feel better in the process.”
