I love working with women who are pregnant to encourage the healthiest food choices and to give your baby the best start possible. Similarly, I enjoy working with children to guide them in developing healthy eating habits and I welcome working with anyone who wishes to better control their weight, improve their cholesterol, or manage diet-related health concerns.
I believe that healthy eating and regular physical activity go hand-in-hand. In order to achieve the healthiest body and to achieve/maintain a healthy weight, I encourage everyone to be active every day--even if it's walking the dog-- to support heart-health, balance and healthy aging.”
