“I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Texas and a nationally recognized expert in nutrition. I guide patients in overcoming the challenges of managing their medical conditions and achieving an overall healthier life. After graduating with honors with a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, I completed a rigorous 900 hour internship at hospitals, outpatient clinics, and health centers throughout the community including the Cooper Wellness Program.
My areas of specialty include weight loss, bariatrics, disease management, cardiovascular health, wellness and prevention. I consult to hospitals, clinics, corporations, and self-referred patients. I provide individualized disease and weight loss counseling, seminars, meal plans, diet analysis, and realistic goal-setting.
