Menu plans are available to show you what to eat and how much to eat. I determine an appropriate plan specific to your needs. During each session we talk about any obstacles you have and tackle topics that matter to you. Topics can include eating out, menu planning, snacking, sports nutrition, and more. Your appointment time is all about you and your needs.
Sports nutrition is my specialty. I will teach you the 6 Essentials for optimal performance. I am a Board Certified Sports Dietitian,(There are only 300 Board Certified Sports Dietitians in the United States). Other topics that concern many athletes, are cramping, supplements, vitamins, travel, and more.
