Is your goal to lose weight and feel and look your best? Then I can help. I'm Patty Martin, a registered dietitian nutritionist, board certified in sports dietetics and certified in adult weight management. I offer years of experience and client success in nutrition counseling service, helping adults and adolescents to lose weight effectively and permanently. (By the way, I agree that the fad diets advertised on television do not work in the long term.) I also work with competitive and professional athletes as well as casual exercisers. I also focus on heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, eating disorders, pregnancy and PCOS.
I can help assess your nutritional needs, create an individualized meal plan, monitor results, and keep you motivated to achieve your goals. Additional areas that I can help you with include body composition analysis, reducing body fat, and building lean muscle mass, sports nutrition, medication and supplemental use, and correcting eating disorders.
