“Essentialsl for Health is a private practice, where clients are educated and consulted about food relating to their particular symptoms, illness or disease. They also come to receive information about making changes in their lifestyle. With the coaching of Willie Victor, a Nutrition Consultant, they will find ways to address their problems with a "customized" program to meet their special needs. Willie does not believe that any "one diet" or food program works for all and that each person needs to have their own specialized program.

In conjunction with whole foods, Willie will educate her clients on herbs, supplements and lifestyle changes that will improve their health. She uses functional testing, food allergy and sensitivity testing. With these nutritional tools she customizes a program for each individual client.

Willie ultimately, "helps her clients to help themselves" obtain optimum health. She will work together with her client's physician on her recommendations and will hopefully minimize or eliminate the need for medications.”
