I am currently the director of the nutrition department at the NYS Psychiatric Institute, an in-patient treatment unit at Columbia University Medical Center. Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

I'm Rebecca Alcosser (she/her/hers), an anti-diet Registered Dietitian based in New York City. She received her Master's in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and completed clinical training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Her nutrition philosophy is centered around optimizing the gut microbiome, the trillions of microorganisms inhabiting our gut. In applying this, Rachel helps others improve their health and prevent or manage chronic conditions.

Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement).
