
“I am a Licensed Certified Wellcoach since 2005 and have been a personal trainer since 1981. I hold three certifications with the American Council on Exercise. I help my clients make positive lifestyle changes in nutrition, exercise, stress and weight management. If you coach with me, either in person or by phone, you will "create a lifestlye you can live with" without gimmicks or quick fixes. My clients come from anywhere in the USA, Canada or abroad by phone and/or Skype.
I work with women who are stressed by late night eating, mindless snacking, hate exercise and are just unhappy with their bodies: If you have been frustrated by all other efforts, I will help you build on your strengths --together we will devise your wellness vision and specific goal plan.
Special to my practice is that I have both the formal education and experience and personal life experiences having lived through these lifestyle changes myself. I have compassion and empathy for the challenges you are facing.”
