“I help adolescents, adults and seniors make better food choices. My practice includes weight management, wellness promotion, eating disorders and nutrition management for heart disease, diabetes and cancer. I advise my clients to have healthy and enjoyable relationships with food. I encourage techniques such as mindful eating, listening to natural body signals of hunger and satiety, personalized food plans, boundary setting around food and gaining insights into eating habits.

I am certified in Adult Weight Management from The American Dietetic Association. I have extensive experience in weight management in private practice as well as hospital and community settings.
