I use food, lifestyle, supplements and genetics to move one towards healing and optimal health. Offering "clean" healthy food is vital to good health, but WHICH foods, food groups, and how they "work" for and in YOUR body matters too. Science-based tests are used to measure exactly what is going on in the body, then the use of specific foods and/or supplements and lifestyle changes are created in line with test results. Virtual appointments and phone consults are available.
Some of the tests I use include; MRT (Mediator release Test) for identifying food SENSITIVITIES and Intolerances. Nutrigenetic Testing (genetic testing identifying snps that can alter ones health), Micronutrient Testing, Neurotransmitter Testing (measures Serotonin, Cortisol, Nor-Epi and Epinepherine, GABA, PEA, Dopamine, etc....)
