Hello! I’m Leen and I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the states of Illinois and Maryland. My interest in nutrition began in my teenage years where I struggled with my relationship with food and maintaining my health. I became passionate about the nutrition field and completed a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago. My dietetic internship included a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings that were dedicated to counseling individuals and helping them maintain nutritional health.

Now, I enjoy teaching others to plan and prepare healthy, home-cooked meals. Planning meals for fertility, prenatal nutrition, women's health, hormones, diabetes, PCOS, kidney disease and heart health are my specialties. In addition to individual counseling, I lead grocery store tours and cooking classes and diabetes talks. Brittany has extensive experience working in the field of pediatric nutrition. She received her B.S. in dietetics, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Maryland. She has served as a pediatric dietitian at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC for many years.
