Hi, I’m Kelsey! I am a Health at Every Size aligned Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, co-occurring mental health disorders, intuitive eating, and weight-neutral medical nutrition therapy. I follow a size-inclusive, weight-neutral, non-diet, and evidence-based approach to help my clients re-frame their mindsets around diet culture and weight bias. I help educate and counsel clients to increase their awareness of the importance of nutritionally balanced lifestyles and disordered eating recovery using concepts such as All Foods Fit, Health at Every Size, and Intuitive Eating.

IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL appointments available. I have had the pleasure of serving the eating disorder community for 10+ years, working in all levels of care. Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

Cristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ready to assist you in cultivating an enjoyable connection with food, while recognizing and honoring the significance food holds in your life. Cristina's approach is providing compassionate, non-diet, and Health at Every Size (HAES) to client care. She believes well-being extends beyond any particular measurement. She will focus on fostering a positive relationship to food and support you in making choices that align with your well-being. Her Hispanic upbringing also focuses on adding cultural foods that are nourishing and important for some.

Dana’s individualized approach focuses on educating athletes about the importance of nutrition for maximizing success in their sport, while establishing healthy behaviors to benefit them long after their athletic careers.

Carrie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them make healthy and sustainable diet changes that support their lifestyle. She believes that food should not only be used to nourish the mind and body, but should be positively enjoyed as well. Carrie takes pride in her extensive experience as an outpatient dietitian. Her active listening skills and knowledge gives her the insight to work closely with clients to create their own individual path to wellness. Carrie values learning about each individual and their story, and believes everyone deserves to feel healthy.

Christine is a warm, approachable dietitian who believes nutrition plays a crucial role in not only physical health, but also mental health and overall wellbeing. She takes a client-centered approach in her nutritional counseling, focusing on the specific needs of each individual. While providing a non-judgmental, positive and encouraging atmosphere for her clients, she uses goal and evidence based nutrition therapy to help clients achieve their desired results. Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

In her 13 years of working for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs, Founder Jenny Westerkamp combined her expertise in nutrition with the power of behavior change coaching to help her professional athlete clients take their health and performance to the next level. She now brings her "Dietitian Coach Approach" to everyone who wants to make long-lasting changes to better their health. And the best part - it can be covered by your insurance! Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.
