I am a Health at Every Size aligned Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, co-occurring mental health disorders, intuitive eating, and weight-neutral medical nutrition therapy. I follow a size-inclusive, weight-neutral, non-diet, and evidence-based approach to help my clients re-frame their mindsets around diet culture and weight bias. Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

Kara Blohm, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CDCES is a Chicago area Registered Dietitian, she holds two Master of Science degrees from San Diego State University - one in Nutritional Science and one in Exercise Physiology. Kara is a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) providing clear and concise education for diabetes management, helping you create healthy habits so diabetes fits into YOUR desired lifestyle. She also holds a Board Certification as a Specialist in Sport Nutrition (CSSD), working with recreational athletes and professional athletes alike helping them shatter their performance goals.

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

At our first session, the average person tells me "I know what I need to do, I just wish I had the willpower to do it." Many rely on sheer willpower to accomplish their goals instead of learning how to make nutrition a simple and enjoyable process. Nutrition is not supposed to be this hard or guilt-inducing. It should primarily mold around your general life and preferences, not the other way around. My main approach to accomplish this is to build a basic understanding on why your old habits do not work, and why these new habits will work.

Nazia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She then went onto complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness (MSNW) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) alongside her Dietetic Internship at Benedictine University. She then worked for Kaplan University for their Nutrition Department as an adjunct instructor. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian for Good Samaritan Hospital. While at Kaplan Nazia completed her Master of Science in Education in Instructional technology (MS Ed.). Nazia is currently working on her PhD in Health Sciences.

She completed her internship at the UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital where she focused on community nutrition. Prior to her internship, she was awarded graduate student of the year while she completed her Master of Science degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences. Dana became a dietitian because she has a passion for helping others through food and lifestyle changes.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.
