I am a Health at Every Size aligned Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, co-occurring mental health disorders, intuitive eating, and weight-neutral medical nutrition therapy. I follow a size-inclusive, weight-neutral, non-diet, and evidence-based approach to help my clients re-frame their mindsets around diet culture and weight bias. I help educate and counsel clients to increase their awareness of the importance of nutritionally balanced lifestyles and disordered eating recovery using concepts such as All Foods Fit, Health at Every Size, and Intuitive Eating.

Carrie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them make healthy and sustainable diet changes that support their lifestyle. She believes that food should not only be used to nourish the mind and body, but should be positively enjoyed as well. Carrie takes pride in her extensive experience as an outpatient dietitian. Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

I have been a dietitian since 2017 and have learned so much throughout the years. I specialize in renal disease, transplant (pre or post), diabetes, blood pressure, or cholesterol management and weight loss. Our is to provide weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy, using the principles of Intuitive Eating in a HAES aligned practice. Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. She has worked with thousands of clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including unintentional weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart health, healthy aging, and general wellbeing. She has a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut. She is board certified as a Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG), which makes her an expert in Older Adult nutrition.

Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans.
