I'm Linden Hale (she/her/hers), and I am a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, menstrual health, digestive health, and relationships to food and body. I love working with patients of all genders, neurotypes, and identities who are ready to explore their relationship to food with curiosity and compassion with an affirming care team. I know that the best expert on your life and experience is you, so I take a collaborative, client-led approach to my work. My counseling style includes humor, sarcasm, compassionate honesty, and appearances by my two Corgi dogs (Barley and Pepper).

I specialize in adolescent and young adult clients with eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors (picky/selective). I use a non-diet, HAES, intuitive eating approach rooted in nutrition education and scientific evidence. I always put the client first and prioritize personal empowerment and encouragement. I work to know each client individually and provide nutritional recommendations based on that individuality. None of us live identical lives, adapting nutritional goals and outcomes to each individual is key to sustainable change and success. I love my work and love supporting people to reconnect to their body and to food.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. I help individuals nourish their bodies for fertility, during pregnancy, and postpartum as well as provide support for feeding little ones, from babies to older kids.
