In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

I am a Registered dietitian, licensed and certified in 10 states. I have been President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for New York State. I work with all age groups on various issues of weight control, diabetes, FODMAP, Gastrointestinal Disorders and Children's issues among other diagnoses.

I help everyday people gain control of their blood sugars levels, cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and weight by modifying their diet (while still including the foods they like) and identifying lifestyle changes they need to make.

My mission is to empower my clients to live optimally, and achieve the best of health- mental, physical and spritual. My role is to educate and guide you so that you give yourself the foods and nutrients that are ideal for you. My clients' are also my teachers, and I appreciate the value this adds to my practice. Yuchi Yang, MS, RD, is passionate about helping people address their nutritional questions and concerns. Many of her clients feel comfortable with her understanding etiquette and find her realistic approach motivating. Jenny is a registered dietitian who believes in a holistic approach to health. She has helped people manage their nutrition and weight through some of the most critical times of their lives. She has worked with conditions including pregnancy, postpartum, poor weight gain, feeding difficulties, gastrointestinal disease, congenital heart disease, transplant, and inborn errors of metabolism. She loves working with children and adults alike and believes there is something to learn from every client she meets. Jenny strives to be a good listener and understand her clients' goals and struggles.

I work with clients 16 years old and older. Specialties include but are not limited to: weight loss, diabetes management, disordered eating, improving body image, IBS/IBD, and more. I help clients reach their nutrition goals as well as gain the knowledge and skills to move on from appointments confident in their abilities to maintain whatever changes they have made.

Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.
