She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one. Sara has been a Registered Dietitian since 2016. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for oncology patients. She works with patients prior to starting cancer treatment, during treatment, and for nutrition therapy after completing treatment. During her spare time, Sara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and hiking.

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

Haley is a Registered Dietitian practicing lifestyle medicine. This whole-person approach to wellness recognizes that our physical health is very much connected to our mental/emotional health. Haley received her education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her dietetic internship in Chicago through Aramark Healthcare+. Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. When Haley is not working you can find her at the climbing gym, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoors!

The goal is to empower my clients with the nutrition basics of managing their health goals and/or conditions. The coming together of knowledge and action is the key to inspiring change. This is best accomplished one behavior at a time. At the first session, we establish personal goals and useful tools. During following sessions, we review previous food and activity logs. Then we discuss 1-2 practical actions that contribute to the desired health goals established.

If food feels difficult, confusing and/or causes you worry, let’s talk about it. I’m here to help make it a bit easier. I use a nonjudgmental, weight-neutral and gender inclusive approach, to help all people realize that food can and does mean so much more than just the nutrients on the plate, and empower them that having a normalized relationship with food is possible. I believe in utilizing an all foods fit mentality to neutralize from the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. I specialize in working with adults, but can provide referrals to other providers who work with children or adolescents, upon request.

Julia is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a commitment to helping individuals overcome eating disorders and cultivate a healthy relationship with food. Julia strives to bring a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor to foster a safe space where individuals feel heard and understood, making her a ready and capable resource in the challenging but transformative process of overcoming nutrition challenges. Julia offers a wealth of knowledge that comes from years of working in the inpatient setting.

Nicholas Palumbo RD, CDE, DHP is a Registered Dietitian in Evanston, IL who specializes in digestive health, diabetes counseling and weight management. Nick earned his Master's degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University known for their "whole food" and natural approach to health and nutrition. Nick is also a Certified Diabetes Educator with over 10 years experience helping clients manage diabetes. In addition, Nick is a Digestive Health Professional having trained at the Food Enzyme Institute which specializes in identifying sources of digestive stress.

I am a Registered Dietitian originally from Tremont, IL who currently lives and works in Morton, IL. I earned a Masters of Science in Dietetics at Eastern Illinois University and worked as a Sanitarian completing Health Inspections for the local community prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian. My career path has allowed me to work in a variety of settings and gain in-depth knowledge on multiple nutrition related topics. With a background in nutrition and an active career as an RD, I am passionate about helping clients find healthy habits that coincide with their lifestyle goals and improve their overall quality of life.

I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years, working mostly in clinical, and community outpatient settings. I have in depth experience with gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and heart health. After becoming a dietitian, I realized making a change is so much deeper than just “will power” and I developed fiery passion to help people navigate change through balance, which then lead me to have a passion for counseling people with disordered eating/eating disorders.

I help to educate and empower women through their recovery with disordered eating and negative body image. Solveig is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women's health, fertility, and PCOS. I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!

She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

I am a Registered dietitian and Integrative and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I have over 25 years experience in both academic and clinical dietetics. I have received the "Outstanding Woman Award" from the City of Chicago for my work as well as being named one of the top 10 dietitians in Chicago by Expertise.com. While traditional medicine treats the body as individual separate organs, as a Functional Medicine dietitian, I view the body as one integrated system.
