Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters.

I became a Registered Dietitian because I am passionate about food, wellness, and helping others. My passion for nutrition strengthens each and every day, as I grow and gain further knowledge in the field. Throughout the last few years, I have broadened my horizons when it comes to the nutrition field. This has allowed me to grow and realize where my passions lie in the nutrition world. Over the past few years, I have helped countless clients of all ages achieve their goals - whether that be weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol - you name it, I've treated it!

She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College & City University and completed a dietetic internship program at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. She is an accredited member of the American Nutrition Academy and completed her Certificate of Training in Weight Management. My areas of expertise are: Weight management - Eating disorders - Stress management - Hormonal imbalances - Diabetes - Hypertension - Cardiovascular disease - Thyroid issues - Skin concerns - Fitnesses and Wellness.

I am passionate and committed to improving health and wellness through Integrative and Functional Nutrition principles and guidelines, which include in-depth nutrition history, assessment and providing personalized nutrition care plans that include- appropriate diet/meal plan, supplement recommendations, and life style modifications,etc. In the past 25 years I have helped many patients with Diabetes, Cardio Metabolic Syndrome, Weight management & Bariatric nutrition, Gastrointestinal disorders ,Food sensitivities, Chronic fatigue syndrome, etc .
