With a foundation rooted in a weight-inclusive and "all foods fit" philosophy, she firmly believes that everybody deserves respect, care, and nourishment. MaryRose's approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques. She applies a Family-Based Treatment (FBT) approach when working with children, adolescents, and their families, emphasizing the importance of involving the entire family unit in the process.
