Hi I'm Tara Gagliostro. I'm a Functional Medicine Nutritionist devoted to helping you find optimal health. At Sage & Santosha, we support each individual by providing a holistic, personalized, patient centered approach. I am here to listen to your entire health history, collect data, research, review labs and drug and nutrient interactions while looking at your whole environmental, genetic and lifestyle factors to discern if these are affecting your health.

My work as a dietitian has been strongly influenced by non-diet, Health at Every Size® principles. I am passionate about helping clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and/or negative body image. I find genuine connection with each of my clients and support them in reestablishing a new relationship with their bodies, food, and exercise.

As a a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in weight management, medical nutrition therapy, eating disorders, mindful eating, obesity treatment and more, I work with clients to make healthy eating realistic and enjoyable. I don't believe in "diet plans," rather I support people in incorporating a variety of foods into their everyday lives. From our first session, I can assure you that I listen and support my clients with compassion and understanding. We work together to succeed.

I am also a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor as well as Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. My clients range from those who are chronically ill and dealing with challenges such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and injuries to those who are very healthy but want to be educated on how to improve their health further. I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.

Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

Hi there! I'm Jen, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others reclaim the joy in food through gentle nutrition strategies. Too many of us, particularly women, have been ambushed with messaging about "ideal" body types, hacks to speed metabolism, and tips for weight loss. This messaging can be even more prevalent for people with PCOS, as doctors dispense the ever-present advice to "just lose weight" in order to manage symptoms. My goal is to strip away the stigma about weight and to teach you how to have fun with food again!

With nearly 20 years experience, I believe that being a great dietitian means more than just telling people what to eat, it is about becoming their guide to better nutrition and overall wellness. I believe nutrition should be tailored to the individual and fit into their life. Serving the NJ/NY Metro area, as well as all the US over telehealth and video, I work primarily with women suffering from PCOS and struggling with MENOPAUSE. I also have extensive experience with disordered eating, pre and postnatal nutrition, endometriosis, fertility issues, hormone balancing, and migraines.
