I offer a three month wellness program called Deja La Dieta/Ditch the Diet that helps you do just that; ditch the yo-yo dieting and get in control of your health. I use mindfulness techniques and intuitive eating concepts to help you get in touch with what your body really needs and forget about the rules you've learned through diet culture. I also use functional approaches and focus on all aspects of health, like sleep, stress, and gut health. I practice from a weight-inclusive perspective, so weight is the last thing we'll discuss, if at all.

I am a Registered dietitian, licensed and certified in 10 states. I have been President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for New York State. I work with all age groups on various issues of weight control, diabetes, FODMAP, Gastrointestinal Disorders and Children's issues among other diagnoses.
