I work with women who struggle with various hormone imbalances related to thyroid health, sex hormone or adrenal imbalances and various gut issues. I take a functional approach to health and wellness so often times, various symptoms in different areas of the body are related so improvement in one area affects another area and provides relief of other symptoms.

As a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, I am committed to providing excellent nutrition therapy services with compassion and inclusivity. I have witnessed the harm caused by chronic dieting and eating disorders, and maintain expertise in eating disorder recovery, utilizing a Health At Every Size approach. In addition, I respect the science of nutrition and stay abreast of best Medical Nutrition Therapy practices for diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and general wellness.

I am a Registered Dietitian providing ethical, evidence based nutrition counseling for over 20 years. I work to empower clients to enjoy nourishing their bodies in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. My hope is to help clients feel at peace with food, physical activity and their body, instead of feeling controlled by diets, emotional, stress or restrictive eating.
