Hi, my name is Jocelyn Evans. I’ve been a registered dietitian since 2016. I am also Board Certified in Gerontological Nutrition.​ In my free, time you can find me at home on the farm with my husband and our three kids. We love to ride tractors, cook good food, play with magnatiles and of course, lots of dress up! I have an immense passion for nutrition and lifestyle modifications!

Kate practices out of Health Loft providing nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with Disordered Eating, Eating Disorders, Intuitive Eating, Vegan/Vegetarian diets, and other conditions. Kates drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. I believe that qualified and unbiased nutrition care should be available to every individual, no matter their size, health barriers, or schedule. I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.

As a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, I am committed to providing excellent nutrition therapy services with compassion and inclusivity. I have witnessed the harm caused by chronic dieting and eating disorders, and maintain expertise in eating disorder recovery, utilizing a Health At Every Size approach. In addition, I respect the science of nutrition and stay abreast of best Medical Nutrition Therapy practices for diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and general wellness.

Talia is a Registered Dietitian who practices with a holistic approach. She strongly believes that by addressing the whole self: body, emotional and mental health, social connection, sleep, stress management and spirituality can help you achieve optimal health. Changes can be difficult and you need a caring partner to help you through them and make them fun. Everyone is unique and Talia believes that nutrition is not one size fits all and she works to create personalized nutrition care for each individual to result in long-lasting change.
