I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active. Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! In my free time, I love to practice pilates.

Beth has been working for over five years as an inpatient, outpatient and long-term care Licensed Registered Dietitian. This means that Angela takes a holistic approach looking at all parameters of a person's health to personalize a specific plan. Angela specializes in digestive health and plant-based nutrition as she has personally experienced issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and altered hormones that have been helped with the use of holistic evidence-based nutrition.

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that specializes in plant-based eating, sports nutrition, & the intersection of the two. She also likes to work with those who have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) due to her own lived experience & because there are not many dietitians who have experience in or understand it. She is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a RDN. She is also an avid runner & former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about & fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach.
