I've been honored to serve adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders in a variety of treatment settings. My ultimate goal for individuals is to make peace with food and their bodies.

With 38 years clinical experience, the spectrum of my professional nutrition services range from basic nutrition counseling/education for those who simply want to improve their diet & lifestyle, on up to therapeutic nutritional support for specific health conditions - everything from indigestion to cancer (see list of specialties below). Sound Dietitians brings the nutrition expertise of a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to you. We have RDNs in various locations around the Puget Sound region and can meet with individual clients for customized nutrition counseling. We partner with clinics and facilities to make Medical Nutrition Therapy accessible and convenient. We provide on-site presentations and nutrition counseling as part of business and government Wellness Programs.

Hi, I am Jill. I am a Registered Dietitian with experience treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting. I provide one-on-one nutrition counseling services for adults and adolescents who are seeking to heal their relationship with food and body.

Whether you have a diagnosed eating disorder, are in recovery, or simply want to have a better relationship with food, we can work together to hone your body’s innate wisdom and fine-tune your intuitive eating skills. In addition to nutrition therapy, we can reclaim your relationship with joyful movement, and move toward body acceptance and weight neutrality. Everyone deserves a relationship with food that’s nourishing and non-punitive. But to create peace with our body, we first need to undo the harmful internal biases we hold so we can develop a nourishing relationship with food.

North Sound Nourishment and Recovery is an outpatient treatment clinic that specializes in the prevention and treatment of eating disorders for all ages from infancy to seniors; childhood feeding and weight concerns; and maternal nutrition.

I specialize in adolescent and young adult clients with eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors (picky/selective). I use a non-diet, HAES, intuitive eating approach rooted in nutrition education and scientific evidence. I always put the client first and prioritize personal empowerment and encouragement. I work to know each client individually and provide nutritional recommendations based on that individuality. None of us live identical lives, adapting nutritional goals and outcomes to each individual is key to sustainable change and success. I love my work and love supporting people to reconnect to their body and to food.

As your dietitian, I will work with you to develop healthy eating behaviors that will help you improve your health while also building a postive relationship with food. I take an individualized and longevity-focused approach working with my clients to ensure that they feel confident with their nutrition for the long haul. I do not believe in "quick fix" diets. All the work I do with my clients is sustainable and realistic, providing them knowledge and confidence throughout all seasons of life.

Yuchi Yang, MS, RD, is passionate about helping people address their nutritional questions and concerns. Many of her clients feel comfortable with her understanding etiquette and find her realistic approach motivating. Specialty areas include weight loss, food allergies, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, diabetes, eating disorders, vegan diet, pediatric nutrition, and healthy eating for healthy living.

My name is Kiersten, although I go by Kiersti. I am a registered dietitian that values individuals and their holistic needs. My hope for each client is that their new healthy habits can become second nature and that I provide a warm and safe environment to bring up nutrition concerns free of judgement or weight stigma. I have a strong background in eating disorders and disordered eating. I am passionate about helping those with health concerns navigate their nutrition choices without a focus on weight loss. Hi there! I'm Erika, a registered dietitian offering virtual nutrition counseling using a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach. I help individuals nourish their bodies for fertility, during pregnancy, and postpartum as well as provide support for feeding little ones, from babies to older kids. I'm here to guide you and your family in learning to nourish your body without guilt or dieting. I provide nutrition counseling that's personalized to you and will meet you wherever you're at. My name is Megan Charles and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and psychology. After college, I went to work for a nutrition tech company to help create an app that could personalize nutrition for any user but felt the drive to make more of an impact. I worked for them for 3 years and then I opened my nutrition counseling business, Nutritionally Sound, to reach people on a more personal level and help them on their nutrition journey.

My name is Misty Nason, owner of Viva Nutrition Counseling LLC. I’m a licensed Registered Dietitian and Certified Renal Specialist, lover of food and life-long student. I have been a dietitian for over 21 years and worked with people who have Chronic Kidney Disease and Nephrolithiasis (kidney stones) for the past 19 years. I also have a passion for providing nutrition counseling for Diabetes, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Plant-Based Eating and Sports Nutrition. I have trained extensively in clinical nutrition and integrative functional nutrition.

My goal as a dietitian is to help you cultivate a relationship with food, movement, and body image that supports your big dreams-whether that is training to climb mountains, stepping out of a dieting cycle, or feeling more at peace with your body. Much of my experience has been focused on working with adolescents and adults through eating disorder recovery at various levels of care. As an avid adventure seeker, I am also passionate about offering nutrition counseling to help athletes and weekend warriors crush goals in various activities and sports.
