Family Food is a team of Registered Dietitians providing 1-on-1 nutrition counseling individualized to meet your needs! Our Registered Dietitian will work together with you on evidence-based strategies that will help you reach your goal. Since the nutrition counseling is 1-on-1 with the dietitian, the entire session can be customized to your needs. Popular topics we work with clients on include weight loss and management; health related issues like high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc; general healthy eating; parents concerned about their child's nutritional status; digestion issues; food allergies; and more!

My goal is to improve my client’s health and livelihood through food alone. With the rapid increase in obesity throughout the country, more and more people are resorting to medications, quick fixes, or fad diets to resolve their associated comorbidities or get rid of excess weight, which are neither sustainable nor realistic. My goal is to minimize that quick fix approach and need for medications to manage a chronic condition, and instead create long lasting eating habits that will result in sustained weight loss, better disease management, and a longer life.

Food/nutrition plays such a big role in our lives. By fully understanding each clients' specific needs, the LBS Nutrition Registered Dietitian's educate, create, and implement appropriate plans that will suit each individual's lifestyle. It is not a "one size fits all" approach. We work very closely with clients through one on one meetings, continuous online communication, offer weigh ins, support groups, cooking events, and more. We offer both in person and virtual visits. Most insurances accepted.
