“Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian and love providing individual and family nutrition counseling. Want to discriminate between food products by understanding their labels? Want to learn how to eat healthier? Change negative trends related to weight, blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol levels? If you need nutrition coaching, please contact me! Weeknight and weekend appointments always available. Payment by check or cash; statements for insurance submission are prepared on request.
“I assist my clients in ending the diet-binge cycle and becoming intuitive eaters...eaters who are able to choose what, when, and how much to eat based on their body's needs and desires. I also assist parents in helping their children become healthy, intuitive eaters. And I offer LARGELY POSITIVE, a free suppport group for adults of size...how to be happy and healthy at your natural weight. Over 25 million Americans currently struggle with compulsive eating, and dieting is the major cause of this eating issue. Dieting also leads to long term weight gain, not weight loss.
