“Using an integrative approach combining western with complementary Nutrition Therapy, we target inflammation at its source so you can feel better, look better, and have more energy. It so often comes down to what you eat, or don't eat. These problems include weight, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypothyroid, and chronic conditions or symptoms that might be caused by food sensitivities including IBS, migraine, fibromyalgia, arthritis, GERD (reflux), or brain fog. I'm committed to helping you enjoy better health now and also reduce the risk of long-term complications!

“Do you suffer from migraines, IBS, Fibromyalgia, ADD or other spectrum disorder, Rheumatoid Arthritis or other auto immune disorder? Do you have difficulty with trying to lose weight despite diet and exercise? Do you know that 80% of your immune system is in your gut? Some foods we eat can act as "triggers" which lead to inflammation, body pain, diarrhea, migraines or prevent weight loss. Everyone's immune system is as unique to them as their fingerprint. For this reason there is no one size fits all approach or intervention. What might give one person a migraine might have no effect on someone else.

How can a Massachusetts (MA) Nutritionist help me?
Dietitians and Nutritionists in Massachusetts (MA) provide advice on good eating habits. They help you with your diet and how it affects your health. They assess nutrition needs and food patterns, plan a diet that's appropriate for your physical and dietary needs, and provide nutrition counseling, such as advice on dietary changes and menu plans.
