Nutritionists and Dietitians in Massachusetts (MA)

Kimberly M Concra, Nutritionist/Dietitian in Brewster
“I have worked primarily in community nutrition but have been studying Integrative and Functional Nutrition and food sensitivities. I have family members who have digestive issues which weren't being helped by medical interventions to the degree they had hoped, which lead us to digging deeper into their diet and to what inflammatory factors were contributing to their health. I am interested working with others who would like to delve deeper into their own health issues and who wish to start with diet to see what works for them, as I don't believe there is one diet for everyone.

Nicole Dube, Nutritionist/Dietitian in West Springfield
Nutritionist/Dietitian, MA, MS
“I'm a nutritionist, certified eating psychology coach, and health care analyst/researcher. My goal is to help you achieve optimal health/wellness through customized nutrition and lifestyle modifications. My nutritional counseling method differs from traditional dietetics in that I follow a "functional medicine" approach. This means that I work with you to identify the underlying causes of your issues rather than viewing your symptoms in isolation. Rooted in this philosophy is the concept of "bioindividuality," which recognizes that each person is biochemically unique and therefore has unique nutritional needs. That's why there is no one-size-fits-all approach to diet and lifestyle.

“I am a registered dietitian and a registered nurse and provide individual nutrition and wellness counseling. I like to give people the tools and skills to take care of their body. Eating should be easy but with so much conflicting information out there making healthy food choices may seem overwhelming. Early in my career I practiced as a sports nutritionist, giving me an excellent foundation for understanding how the body uses food and nutrients. I quickly developed an interest in a more holistic approach to health care and it has naturally led me to specialize in digestive and cardiovascular health.
