Food is meant to be enjoyed and I strive to motivate others to succeed in reaching their goals by removing the stigma attached to what a "healthy diet" consists of. “I am a registered dietitian and a registered nurse and provide individual nutrition and wellness counseling. I like to give people the tools and skills to take care of their body. Eating should be easy but with so much conflicting information out there making healthy food choices may seem overwhelming. Early in my career I practiced as a sports nutritionist, giving me an excellent foundation for understanding how the body uses food and nutrients. I quickly developed an interest in a more holistic approach to health care and it has naturally led me to specialize in digestive and cardiovascular health.
