“Health is my passion and I love working with people who are interested in learning how to improve their health. One of the things I say in my Bio is that I am bilingual. I speak English and I speak Science. One of my talents is being able to translate and present scientific information to the lay public so that they can understand it. Tremendous advances in science are explaining how and why natural therapies work and I specialize in bringing this information to the general public. I firmly believe that Natural Therapies should be the primary method of treating all health conditions.

“Harness the power of good nutrition for your health and sport performance goals with the guidance of Nutrition Logic. The process is simple: 1) we assess - we look at where are you now and compare that to what's recommended; 2) we educate - fill in the gaps about what science says are the best foods for you and your unique biology, and how your environment influences your food choice; and 3) we problem solve - together as a team, we figure out solutions that work for the long term.

Nutritionist/Dietitian, MA, NCC, LPCI, RD, LD
“Often, many people associate food as being the source of their self-dissatisfaction because the focus has been centered on the shape of their body, their weight, or their eating disorder. Yet, the problem is much more complex than just food, alone. Food can be a symptom, distracting us from the deeper issues we struggle to handle on our own. I have long realized that our relationship with food is much more than just nutritional. It is also emotional, social, and cultural. Helping you to bring these elements into balance is the essence of my practice.

How can an Oregon (OR) Nutritionist help me?
Dietitians and Nutritionists in Oregon (OR) provide advice on good eating habits. They help you with your diet and how it affects your health. They assess nutrition needs and food patterns, plan a diet that's appropriate for your physical and dietary needs, and provide nutrition counseling, such as advice on dietary changes and menu plans. They advise on special diets for medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, food allergies, and obesity.

The word dietitian has a variant spelling 'dietician' (e.g. find an Oregon (OR) dietician). Both spellings are correct.
