“I believe in the adage, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away!" A runner and cyclist, myself, I encourage patients to enjoy an active lifestyle everyday while eating fresh, unprocessed foods to fuel their bodies and brains. My favorite aspect of being a dietitian and nutrient coach is the interaction that comes from working with patients one-on-one in a collaborative setting with the other physicians and specialists. I have used my nutritional knowledge to diagnose and treat difficult conditions in various age groups. I thrive on seeing my patients improve and reach their personal goals.
