I dedicate a great deal of time with my clients upfront to understand their health goals and reasons for seeking nutrition counseling. I specialize in gastrointestinal disorders (IBS, SIBO, Crohns/Ulcerative colitis, celiac disease,food sensitivities), weight control, and diabetes. I am a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).I provide additional services including food intolerance testing, micronutrient testing, therapeutic nutrition supplements, and metabolism testing.
I use an intuitive based eating approach for clients with a long history of dieting and negative body image.
