Hello, my name is Nicole Eckman and I am thrilled to be part of your journey to better health. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 13 years of experience in integrative nutrition to help you achieve your goals. When I meet a new patient, I focus on meeting them where they are and making small changes to help build confidence. I stress the importance of using nutrition to PREVENT poor health and chronic illness. I teach clients how to modify their diet to include more clean, whole foods.
I believe that optimal health is not just the absence of disease, but the presence of vitality, a sense of peace, and total patient wellness- something that we ALL deserve to experience.
