In order to address disordered eating behaviors that lead to disease, it is important to understand why changing ones lifestyle can be difficult. My clients learn why they struggle to change their behavior long-term. They discover ways to improve their relationship with food through the process of food deconstruction. Many clients also require a similar method of decoding that helps them improve their body image.
