Hello there! I’m Jackie and I see clients 1:1 in my virtual private practice. My populations of expertise include kids, teens, and adults with autism, ADHD, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities (such as Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis). I am passionate about tailoring nutrition recommendations to neurodiverse clients that focus on their strengths and abilities with a focus on weight-inclusive care. I’ve worked with people of all ages and ability levels and am continuously taking courses to improve my skills to best support my clients.

I am an experienced Registered Dietitian, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy, and general nutrition counseling. I am currently the director of the nutrition department at the NYS Psychiatric Institute, an in-patient treatment unit at Columbia University Medical Center. She completed her dietetic internship through the coordinated graduate program at Northern Illinois University after attending the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. Jamie is a Registered Dietitia with Health Loft who takes a compassionate approach to nutrition therapy by meeting people where they are in their personal journeys and helping them make incremental changes in order to restore a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She understands the harmful nature of diet culture and takes an approach to nutrition therapy that is both affirming and sustainable. She will tailor a treatment plan based in an individual’s specific needs and goals, always striving towards a place of recovery and growth.

Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.
