She graduated with her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from The University of Mississippi. She completed her dietetic internship from Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Megan has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for 5 years. The first 2 years of her career as a dietitian, she specialized in meal planning, menu building, and nutrition education material development.

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that specializes in plant-based eating, sports nutrition, & the intersection of the two. She also likes to work with those who have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) due to her own lived experience & because there are not many dietitians who have experience in or understand it. She is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a RDN. She is also an avid runner & former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about & fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach.

Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).

I received my Masters in Nutrition at University of Illinois. I bring to my practice over 6 years of nutrition therapy at one of the largest medical and surgical weight loss centers in Chicago. My counseling style is empathetic and encouraging.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) with 12 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics and I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical nutrition to further advance my knowledge and skills as a RD. I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years, working mostly in clinical, and community outpatient settings. I have in depth experience with gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and heart health. After becoming a dietitian, I realized making a change is so much deeper than just “will power” and I developed fiery passion to help people navigate change through balance, which then lead me to have a passion for counseling people with disordered eating/eating disorders.

Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

Xyomara Beltran, RDN, MA, CHES, LDN, MBA, CPC is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 21 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professional Coach. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Master of Arts in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Healthcare Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami.

Jane is a licensed registered dietitian. She completed her BS degree in Dietetics and her MS degree in Food and Nutrition at ISU. Jane enjoys personalizing nutrition therapy. She finds fulfillment in working with clients ready to make a change. In her spare time, Jane likes to watch old movies and ride her Peloton. She loves her rescue pets, CeCe and Heathcliff.
