I'm a Dietitian, Eating Disorder Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and Intuitive Counselor, which means I have the unique ability to really get to the root causes of your struggles. My ultimate goal is to empower you to fully understand the physical & psychological factors that drive your eating behaviors so that you know exactly what to do to meet your goals.
