Meredith Starr is a registered dietitian and Director of Nutrition Services at Allow Wellness in Chicago. She is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Chicago Coordinated Nutrition Program and began her nutrition career at UI Health general inpatient services while working part-time at a residential treatment facility for eating disorders. Meredith is deeply passionate about the treatment of eating disorders and has been practicing in this field for the past seven years.

As a former collegiate athlete, Abby is a registered dietitian passionate about the intersection of nutrition for sports performance and intuitive eating. She completed her bachelor's degree in dietetics at Olivet Nazarene University, her dietetic internship at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, and her master's degree in applied exercise science through Concordia University Chicago. Abby has experience working with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as adult and adolescent eating disorder patients at multiple levels of care.

Rosemary is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one. Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. Asante is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients.
