I emphasize on wholesome nutrition to nourish your body and tailor a personalized nutrition plan that fits your needs to help you establish life long healthy eating habits.
My specialty areas include one-on-one and family nutrition counseling, group and work site wellness, meal plans (Indian meal plans available), super market tours, virtual nutrition care. I also specialize in MRT food sensitivity testing (certified LEAP therapist) and help manage food sensitivities through a personalized eating plan.
I am currently teamed up with 'Healthie' a HIPPA complaint tele-health platform with secure video conferencing and provide feedback on food/beverage choices, picture-based food journals, metrics/weights, workouts/goals and communication between sessions. I provide Personalized Meal Plans (Insurance covered).
