Lauren Cornell Nutrition provides medical nutrition therapy to adults & kiddos with gastrointestinal disorders or a clinical diagnosis for which nutritional care will improve their quality of life & provide longevity. LCN also offers sports & performance nutrition care to athletes & active individuals wishing to optimize their performance & recovery. We provide these services with equity & compassion that allows each person we treat to feel heard & advocated for, as we believe everyone deserves thorough & individualized care. Our philosophy: to provide our patients with the least restrictive diet while best managing their symptoms.
Servicing a wide range of health concerns, including those listed here and on our website. I offer medical nutrition therapy with a focus on digestive disorders such as Crohn's disease, colitis, IBS, SIBO, intestinal resection, and celiac disease to name a few. I also specialize in sports & performance nutrition, helping active individuals of all levels.
My particular love lies in nutrition diagnostics: determining the root cause of, and treatment for, various afflictions through nutrition. In other words, bring on the mystery ailments!
