Hi, I'm Beth Barnett-Boebel, and I’m here to help you get to the root of what is not working in your body and your mind. Many of you know what to eat, but often find yourself in a pattern of high motivation doing all the things, then one slip, and then it all seems to fall apart and you feel like you have failed again. This is where nutrition therapy comes in, getting through the patterns that have you stuck in the “on and off” a plan of getting healthy.
There is no focus on macros, tight calorie goals, or specific meal plans. It’s not my jam and usually is part of that whole on-off a plan cycle we’re trying to dissolve, so let’s skip all that and get into the more juicy stuff.
