In this ever changing world of nutrition, I enjoy helping patients decipher the many myths and fads related to a healthy diet. As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Educator, I am passionate about helping others feel better and live healthier lives. I enjoy staying up to date with current nutritional science and research, and apply this information into a realistic, simple approach to everyday life. I have contributed to health/fitness related articles, including Wellness magazine and Better Homes & Gardines magazine.
I have experience working with a multitude of health related issues including Diabetes, weight management, bariatric surgery, and cardiovascular disease. During each visit we will set realistic goals and a strategy to achieve these goals. You will receive the support necessary to adopt a healthier lifestyle. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
In addition to offering Nutrition Therapy, we also offer a customized fitness program with our experienced Physical Therapy Team to help jump start your exercise routine safely and effectively!
