My specialties & nutritional counseling interests include: weight loss, insulin resistance, IBS/IBD, bone health, autoimmune disease (I personally have one!), prediabetes, diabetes, menopause & food sensitivities/intolerances. I'm also a breast cancer survivor so cancer prevention and recurrence prevention is important to me!
