My passion is educating patients in weight management, food sensitivities, wellness and fitness I have a certification in Adult Weight Management levels I and II through the ADA and a certification in Sports Nutrition through ACE. I believe the key to successful weight management is creating healthy habits. I teach you how to make mindful decisions about your food and help you set realistic and timely goals. I also teach individualized or group PiYo sessions and I am a certified personal trainer. Nutrition and fitness packages available.
