Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. My name is Aliya Sisti. I got my Bachelors in Food and Nutrition from SDSU and went on to get credentialed as a Registered Dietitian in 2018. I continued my education and received my Masters in Professional Practice in Dietetics from Iowa State University in 2021. I started my education in nutrition after finding frustration, as many do, with the contradicting information that was provided on the internet.

Kristin received her Master’s in Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship through UCSD. She has been working as a clinical dietitian since completing her internship. She understands the importance nutrition plays in one’s body and how it can affect a person’s daily life. She helps her clients heal their relationships with food and regain their intuitive eating skills. Kristin works with clients with all different conditions and creates goals to work toward.
