Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a Registered Dietitian and I specialize in working with individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as anyone who is tired of dieting and wants to have a more peaceful relationship with food and their body. It is not often we are encouraged to honor our bodies needs. We live in world that teaches us to "watch it" and "have it together", especially around weight and food.
