I would be SO EXCITED to help you meet your nutrition needs. I am an advocate for mindful / intuitive eating and realistic lifestyle changes. I would love to work with you for overcoming emotional / disordered eating, disease specific nutrition (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, CKD or PCOS), general nutrition education about how to life a balanced lifestyle, learning how to safely be vegan or vegetarian or corporate wellness. Please note, I am not weight loss focused and do not have any diet plans. I have an "All Foods Fit" mentality and believe food can be used for many reasons including FUN and FUNCTIONALLY.
I am a nutrition enthusiast with a passion for honoring the body with good nutrition and mindful eating. I create individualized nutrition education and nutrition therapy based on specific needs by analyzing medical history, food intake, eating behaviors and lab values. If needed, I work with doctors / therapists to provide multi disciplinary care.
I'll supply you with educational materials, recipes, food journals, supermarket tours, cooking demos and many other tools / resources you need as well as supportive calls, texts and emails. I also see my clients out of a therapist office and have access to coordinated mental health and nutrition care!
