In our sessions we may read menus, ingredient lists and identify products that may be sabotaging your efforts. You'll fill your kitchen with foods to help you--one bite at a time--heal and feel your best. Central to how I work is a “food as medicine” approach where I suggest condition-specific foods. I offer individual and small group counseling in my DC office or virtually. I also do in-home kitchen makeovers where we'll identify products that may be interfering with good health.
